EASY BREEZY TOP -  The top is made handmade with 100% cotton fabric in the studio.  Soft elastic shirrs the flutter-style sleeves and neckline. Top stitch hems for both the top and sleeves. Black Ric Rac trims the hem of the flutter sleeves.
