The shimmer skirt is handmade from 100% cotton with an elastic waist. The fabric is white with silver shimmer.
Mermaid fin and shells is machine embroidered above the hem of the skirt. The inside of the skirt is finished with Cloud Cover so it is soft against the skin.
Sizes are available from 2T-5T.
All fabrics are pre-washed prior to sewing and embroidering to ensure minimal shrinkage.
***To keep your handmade items looking their best, it's recommended to wash them inside out on a gentle setting with mild detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry.
